This 1 hour private pool lesson includes a review of swim training goals, stroke analysis, identification of technique issues, and introduction to specific swim drills for improved swim form.

This 5 lesson package is a highly personalized approach to improving your swim skills and reaching your swimming goals. In addition to stroke analysis, you will build through a series of 15 technique drills to target and improve each aspect of your freestyle swim stroke. Triathletes and open water swimmers will focus on an efficient and confident transition from pool to open water swimming. Includes videotaping.
